Great reception and excellent customer service.
I’ve been there twice, and both times I was very satisfied with the service.
The first time was when I rented a bicycle with my wife. The staff explained the system very clearly, smoothly, and professionally, which made the experience easy and enjoyable.
A few months later, I visited again because I had a problem with the battery. The staff member at the reception was very kind, patient, and helpful.
Overall, I had a great experience both times, and I can confidently recommend this place to anyone.
